What I Value
Collaboration
I love collaborating with and learning from others -whether that’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), organizational leaders, or fellow learning experts. I believe a team approach is crucial to developing innovative and impactful training experiences.
Learner-Centered Design
One size does not fit all, and eLearning experiences should reflect that. Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility are front and center in all the work that I do, and I believe strongly in valuing learner feedback to find ways to keep improving and ensure that my work is reaching all types of learners.
Lifelong Learning
Expertise in Instructional Design means always learning new things. I love discovering new ways that technology can enhance and improve the learning process. Innovation is never stagnant, and I truly enjoy the ever-changing nature of this work.

Personal Bio
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and now live in beautiful Portland, Oregon with my wonderful husband and delightful cat. While I love to stay active through hiking, I tend to favor pilates during those rainy Oregon months. Sewing is a passion of mine, along with many other creative endeavors. I’m an avid baker, and am especially interested in baking traditional Scandinavian recipes. I love a good book, and am partial to a cozy, classic mystery.
